The property was in a building just a few steps away from main building and reception as advertised… the location was amazing on top of the spanish steps … from one of the windows before my room I could also see Piazza Spagna … the metro Spagna was within walking distance - the room was very comfortable, bathroom included a shower, toilet and bidet as well as wash hand basis .. the room had AC (heating as I was there in Dec) as well as WiFi - 4 free bottles of water per day … Riccardo at reception was very helpful … very good breakfast buffet from 07:00 on the (enclosed) terrace

Great location at the top of Spanish Steps (there is a metro station at the steps bottom - probably helpful when it works :)) Nice & helpful staff. Clean & comfortable room. Good breakfast.
