Bedroom was very clean and comfortable (although lots of mirrors!); staff were all helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts had lots of choice. If we were here in summer we would definitely have used the small patio garden. Location, right by Vatican, is excellent, although buses and metro always involved a longish walk one end or the other. We really enjoyed the local restaurants (Passepartout, Passetto di Borgo and Tonnarello around the corner). Plus tea time treats from the Gelateria just next door and Caffeteria di Borgio.

Really nice staff at the reception. Great location of the hotel. Fantastic restaurant right next to the hotel. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, everyone found what they wanted.

This was a beautiful hotel that had so much charm. The room took our breath away when we walked in and were astounded by how big it was. Great storage for our belongings and the bathroom was great too. Super clean and felt very fresh. The location was good and was easy to walk towards the centre, and some great bars and restaurants nearby. We also really enjoyed having the use of the courtyard garden area in the hotel.

Location matters! Where you stay determines your experience of the city. Hotel S Anna is bang in the centre of all your landmarks with a 5 minute walk to St Peters Basilica. The hotel itself is fabulous and deserves every one of it's 5 stars. The room has a wow factor and the service was exceptional. We'll definitely be coming back to stay when we visit Rome again and we definitely recommend Hotel S Anna to stay if you are planning a trip. A big thank you for looking after us so well! :D

The room was large, well-maintained, and comfortable. It was in a very good location, close to the Vatican. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
