Hotel has a good location, kind personnel, clean room. There are many café and bars and a supermarket around, not necessarily order breakfast in the hotel.

Friendly staff, lovely balcony, central location, very clean, very quiet, great sized mini fridge. Extremely well located for public transport, train station, good value supermarket with deli, great ice cream parlour & park.

I think it's an old "family" hotel. You feel it when you enter the door. The room and bathroom are very clean, you feel fresh air when you enter. The room is tidied every day and towels are changed. This was a very good reference for those staying as a family like us. Due to the location of the hotel, many of the sights you will visit in Rome seem close. I think it will be safer if you come to Termini from the road following the Santa Maria Maggiore basilica, rather than from where the map shows. Additionally, there are 4 restaurants near the hotel. You won't have any problems with food. It was stated that there was only Italian breakfast for breakfast, but this did not satisfy us.
