Thank you so much to staff at reception. Always a wonderful welcome, thank you Gianfranco and to all the staff members. We did miss Aliona this year, so hello to you. We were told you were on your time off. We could not speak highly enough of the Palladium Palace, we love this hotel and will be back. The breakfast is delish, so much to choose from, thank you very much to staff, you are brilliant and so pleasant, big smile every morning for everyone. I would like to mention the Manager in the breakfast room, you are so competent in your duties, making sure we are all well taken care of. Thank you again. Our room was so well taken care of each day, cleanliness is exceptional, thank you ladies. Loved the refurbishment of the room so bright 🌞 We have been staying at the Palladium Palace a number of years now and we keep going back. Best Rome has you offer. Back in Dublin, Ireland now. On arrival we were given a free upgrade, and our room was lovely. The breakfast was varied with plenty of hot and cold options, including fruits and pastries. We found the staff friendly and helpful, always saying hello and offering assistance on tourist options etc. They kindly printed our return boarding passes, free of charge. The location is great, walkable to the Colosseum and Trevi fountain. Being close to the terminal was great for going further and getting to and from the airport. The Leonardo express was €14 euro each to the airport and very easy to use. We would use this hotel again on a return trip.

Close to the main Rome train station, so it is very convenient for commute. Close to a lot of Asian, Indian and Halal food options. Close to lot of small markets. Breakfast at the hotel is good.

The breakfast/bar terrace and roof top sitting was amazing! Location was handy because of the station. It's a little seedy around there but not the responsibility of the hotel. Bathroom, especially the shower was relaxing and much needed.

The breakfast buffet was really good with a variety of options, the reception staff was very kind, friendly and helpful. The hotel's location was very convenient allowing us easy access to the bus terminal and the sites. The room was very clean and the towels were changed everyday!
