The location was good and near a major metro station. There was a roof terrace with a lovely view and access to a bar.

Hotel was situated in a great location. The staff were amazing, especially an older gentleman that worked the front door, he went above and beyond to make sure me and my teammate daughters (single mother ) where catered for and in turn we felt so comfortable and at ease. The downstairs layout of the hotel is aesthetically good and reflects the photos shown online. The downside : I booked this hotel for a treat for my daughters 15th and pushed my budget based on the photographs shown on booking.com and other sites (I researched hotels a lot as i do require a hotel to a certain standard ) as a single mum travelling these trips are rare treats for us so I tried to get what I thought was great views, updated rooms and a roof top that would allow us to have a safe spot of an evening. This was not the case - we had a room that was on a corner spit in a maze of corridor’s that hadn’t seen attention for years. We had A family room situated next to the maids cupboard - not the issue, until they started cleaning rooms at an early hour whilst shouting banging and frankly being inconsiderate to the guests. Our room was what I imagined someone’s grandmothers old quarters to look like , outdated, dingy and broken . (I’m also a h&s officer so had to cringe and keep silent on several occasions) Our view was the back dumpsters - there was no guarantee of the view but it was disappointing, the roads that consistently had taxis beeping and restaurants emptying bins travelled through our windows at all times. We still had a wonderful time and I can’t stress again how nice the staff were and we still thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Breakfast was ok- as you expect from a continental European buffet. Great Nutella croissants Should you base your budget on the photographs as I did and be let down definitely not. I’d this a nice hotel and you will enjoy your stay Definitely x

the twin bed room is large. actually i even sleep on the couch and it was comfortable. the staffs were nice. the location is very convenient.

Some of the staff were lovely and went over and above duties. Breakfast was good. Multiple change of rooms to find an appropriate room for us, staff member helping us was amazing. Shower was amazing.
