Decent hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Clean and neat. Breakfast was politely served...I only ate one of the two mornings I was there. All I wanted was coffee and juice. The area it is isn in typical these days of train station neighbourhoods: awful. Homeless people, junkies, desperate economic and wear strife refugees who I am sure would sell their grandmother's teeth to get what they need. Sorry. I felt unsafe walking the streets around the hotel. Too bad too, because there is a really good looking halal restaurant down the street I would have like to eat at---fresh, tasty, etc...but I would have to walk the gauntlet to get there, so I settled for less than mediocre Roman food in the area. Cecias? 2 starts out of 5...

It's a good hotel and I only stayed one night. It's in a superb location for the trains. The restaurants in the neighbourhood are average bit I am sure there are better ones nearby if one wished to explore.

The price of 300+ euros per night for the family suite was a bit steep for the area and the internet was very wonky. Traveling with a family and trying to stay connected to work and keep kids busy with a movie/games on their devices proved challenging because of the wonky wifi. However when we informed the hotel, they quickly brought in a technician to check and offered us a complimentary breakfast for the trouble. The technicians fix did not improve the internet. The staff and managers were very kind and helpful. The bus and trains stations to the airport were very conveniently situated outside of the hotel. The Chinese Restaurant and Italian Restaurants right outside the hotel (literally exit, turn rigjt and a few doors down) were delicious and so affordable.

1. central location: a. couple of minutes walk to Rome termini train station so very convenience for whom planning to see the different parts of Italy on train. b. less than an hour walk to most tourist attractions in central Rome. c. very good, reasonably priced restaurants around 2. Very approachable staff with a smile on their faces always happy to help.

Central location to train station and several tourist sites. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay and there was varied food options for breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable. Nice, cotton bedlinen, confortable bed. Nice shower. Very good breakfast, good choice of food for breakfast. Staff pleasant and helpful. On arrival, our room did not have a hand shower. We asked for a room with hand shower and the staff found a great room with a hand shower, in miniutes. Location very convenient and 2 minutes walking to Termini station. Quiet, good isolation.
