The hotel was located in a very good place in the city center and all the attractions were close to the hotel.The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful with everything, and the cleanliness was just super, they cleaned the room every day. - The hotel is very close to Termini, and is on the main road. We just walk to the Colloseum, spanish step and trevi mountain. - Nice view from window.

Hotel Martini is a lovely 3 star Italian hotel with a lot of charm and wonderful staff. Our family room was on the smaller side (for 4 people and luggage) but we had a renovated bathroom and daily service. The location was perfect, with the train station, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum within easy walking distance. We chose not to make use of the 5€ pp breakfast as we preferred to explore the local bakery options. Our room was clean, with high ceilings and had a great working aircon unit which was fantastic during the August heat. The hotel doesn’t have a functioning elevator but we managed ok as we traveled with backpacks. Might be a little tricky with suitcases/prams and smaller children to climb up to level 4. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Ideally located close to train station but just far beyond the immediate vicinity to avoid the worst of it and still within walking distance of Colosseum, Forum, Trevi and Borghese. It’s also a great area for some authentic food options. We stayed in a family room which for four of us in mid 30s temps still stayed cool. Hotel does a simple cheap breakfast ideal to start hot day of sight seeing. Staff very helpful.
