Everything good, perfect localization, very nice people in the reception and among cleaning staff. Quiet place for stay even if it's very close to the Termini station and main street. Thank you for taking care of our baggage before check-in. Will be back here for sure.

Approximately 5 mins walk to the Roma Termini and 25 mins walk to Colosseo. Love the breakfast in bed concept. A choice of your hot drink, juice and a croissant! Love the chocolate croissant. A simple yet sweet breakfast to kick start our day especially on days we have early train rides for our day trips to Pisa and Pompeii.

Location was great. Cappucini at breakfast also good. Staff were friendly. We also appreciated some flexibility with respect to checking in and out.

Comfortable beds, clean and tidy, breakfast delivered on time, good location, friendly helpful staff, quiet air conditioning, easy to find, good signage outside, lift to floor 5 where it was found

It was a pleasant surprise to take the tiny lift to the 5th floor and find a very friendly welcome. The rooms were small but clean and updated. The location is a 10 minute walk with suitcases from Roma Termini and 20 minutes to the coliseum and other must see sights.
