The staff was amazing, specially Mr. Marko was really helpful and nice. Also location was acceptable if u prefer to walk a little bit:) otherwise it takes around 30 minutes to the historical area(Colosseum).

Friendly and helpful staff, great terrace on the roof, AC worked well in the room, safe and clean hotel, bus stops across the street, metro station nearby, nice breakfast with Italian cappuccino.

The staff was pleasant and helpful at all times, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was a nice plus. The hotel is situated at the lovely historic Porta Maggiore square that is situated a short 10 min. walk from the metro line A that takes you directly to the Vatican city and the city centre (Spanish square, piazza Barberini, piazza del Popolo). Also, there is a bus line that takes you directly to the Colosseum that is basically in front of the hotel.

Excellent place to stay. Clean, nice breakfast and amazing staff. Specially the receptionist Mr.Marco was an absolute professional with high level of professionalism. In general, the staff of the hotel is it's biggest advantage. Also, nice location just 5 minutes close to the terminal station.

Location- You can easily reach the Central Station, but very noisy outside, even during the night. Super friendly staff. The hotel outdated, but clean. Breakfast very limited, but fresh. Fresh fruit and coffee at discretion. Marco, the receptionist, is very friendly and helpful :)) Air conditioning in the rooms, and a beautiful terrace on the 4th floor

The staff were very friendly and always willing to help with advice. The gentleman on the front desk and several staff spoke really good English and the food was very good as well.
