It’s terrible. In the room smells like dozen people seat near you and smoke. Walls are dirty, sockets are broken. Shower doesn’t work normally. Bedclothes and towels not looks like clean.

The bed was big and comfortable. Our booking included a continental breakfast. It was ok because it's a buffet, so you can go back for more. The downstairs common areas were big and had a good selection of books to read and the vending machines were easy to operate. Option to leave luggage if needed was helpful to know. Location suited us, Circular bus 71 got us to all the places we needed. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. There is also usual theme of street stalls.

The location of the hotel is near to Termini station and most of the attractions. The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and the breakfast was good.
