Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was excellent for us as we could walk to most attractions or get the metro. They also offered free tea and coffee all day. Tea was good but coffee from the machine not so good. Must be common as we didn’t like it in Sorrento either. Cafe coffee is the go.

The location, within easy reach of the main station, the main sights and everywhere was walkable. The rooms were lovely and the breakfast very good.

The location is fabulous near to most attractions .The check in was very quick and the staff was very friendly and helpful.The room is spacious especially if you have a family.

We were upgraded to a Deluxe Balcony room. I highly recommend booking this room if you can, it was so nice to have the balcony and be able to look out over the streets of Rome. The staff were alll lovely.

The hotel has a fantastic location—centrally placed, making it easy to walk to key attractions and enjoy the local atmosphere. It truly adds to the convenience of exploring the city. I also want to highlight how clean and well-maintained the rooms and common areas were. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout my stay, and I really appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, the cleanliness and location were definite highlights of the experience

Very clean and great location- walking distance to Trevi Fountain, The Colosseum and Roma Termini station which is ideal for commute to and from the airport as well as other day trips you may take e.g we went to Florence for a day from here! The staff were very attentive and friendly. Hot drinks like tea and coffee are also complimentary :) Rooms were very clean and comfortable with modern bathrooms.
