Staff were very helpful and friendly.Hotel even looked after our baggage on the day we finished our cruise to return to airport.Loved the open air dining for breakfast.Food was lovely

The location is great as it is right next to the train and bus station. Despite needing some extra care the hotel and staff were great for our family holiday.

Room was nicely furnished and exceptionally clean. I had a room on the fourth floor that faced into the inner courtyard and it was very quiet at night. Hotel itself felt safe. Lots of options at breakfast.
