Very friendly staff who tried their best to communicate with us, even though we don’t speak italian (they spoke limited english). We also came very late at night - no problem. The staff gave us a warm welcome and smiles. The rooms were clean and had basic amenities like shampoo and soap. Overall for the price it was better than I expected :)

Perfect location, close to metro. Groceries shop outside of the hotel. Nearest bus stop for the centre. The hotel was very clean and tidy.

Nice comfortable room with private bathroom and everything you need, even a balcony. It was clean and no noises. Metrostation and bus and tram close (few minutes walking). Some good priced restaurants close. Staff was friendly and let us bring our bags a bit earlier, which was really nice. Good value for money, better than other places in Rome.

very clean, stuff is very polite, they fix everything you ask for, location is great, you have many places for food and drink a few minutes from hotel, metro station is near.
