Brilliant staff, speak perfect English,very positive and kind.our room was good, Clean bedding, clean towels, plenty of soap and shampoo, shower worked fine,we had microwave and fridge inside. Perfect location,less than one minute walk from termini bus stop to Terra vision buses to airport. Hassle free check out.all brilliant.thank you

For the price we paid we got what we expected.However we were not in Gabriele we were moved to another rooms Fanti rooms due to general problem with toilets in Gabriele.The personal was really nice and helpful trying to solve all the issues

Hotel located in close proximity from tourist attractions. Good connection to all important places that we wanted to visit. Very nice service. Room clean, comfortable, equipped with basic accessories: towels, soap, shampoo, kettle, microwave.
