The location was great, being very close to Termini rail station and situated in a part of town that gave a sense of what day-to-day life is like for residents of Rome. The hotel room met our expectation of being simple and clean and comfortable at a very affordable price. We were delighted to also find that the area was quiet at night allowing restful sleeps after long days of sightseeing. Our comfortable stay was in January with mild temperatures. I do not know, therefore, if it would be very different in hot summer months. For those on a short visit to Rome, flying via Fiumicino Airport, the simple hotel a few minutes walk from Termini rail station might be just what you are looking for as a base for exploring the sights.

Close to Termini etc Friendly staff. Old school! Good simple and affordable. Good for both transiting and very central if you are staying a few days.

Main, the receptionist was beyond kind and amenable. What a wonderful host! The same the gentleman Who watches the reception by night and in the early morning. Had to take off super early to catch a bus and was so sweet saying goodbye to me. Hope their boss will read this comment in order for the kindness and hospitality of these two gentlemen be well regarded.

-good location near to center and just next to main train station , rooms are small but ok cuz for 2-3 days you just need a bed to sleep and hot water to take a shower , -internet is working well -small tv but its smart to use youtube or netflix options which is cool
