Room on the 4th floor was just renovated and clean. Location was perfect, close to the metro and bus, walking distance to the Colosseum. We received a card with a discount for a good restaurant nearby. They clean the room daily and provide water.

The staff was very friendly, was waiting for us to check in after midnight. Hotel is 15min walk from Colosseum, we found pretty nice Caffès and restaurants in the area.

Clean, close to Colloseum, but not in city centre so it's quiet at night. Highl recommend if you really want to see a lot in Rome

We recently stayed at Family house hotel and had an exceptional experience. The location was good, offering easy access to all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, making for a very pleasant stay. The staff were very kind and I had everything I needed. Overall, it was excellent value for the price paid. I highly recommend Family house hotel
