It was a comfortable, clean and quiet stay. Good value for money. The location is really good. With a lot of restos and transport options nearby.

The staff were very helpful to me. I had a problem, my passport stolen, and this hotel was near the embassy. They could not have been more helpful.

Comfy room that is described well on the website! Very easy to get to from the train station but a bit of a walk to the centre (but worth it for the price and comfort of the room). Highlight was the staff who were super friendly and attentive, with a special shout out to Red for being one of the friendliest staff we have ever met on our stay!!! :)

The staff is very nice, kind and very helpfull. The location is great, not far from station Termini. They clean the room everyday.

The location was great, ability of a late check-in, cleanliness, helpful staff, comfortable bed, you have a choice of a pillow in the room ( either a hard or a soft one), excelent wifi.
