Booked a last minute single room to be in Rome the weekend of the Pope's funeral - was really just looking to have somewhere to sleep, but the room was a decent size, private and had good air-conditioning, a TV and ample space for one person for a few days. It's 5 minutes walk from Termini rail station / metro, or 5 minutes to Republicca Metro also - bus stops outside. You can come and go easily.

The apartment was very clean and situated in a very well-kept apartment. Location is very close to Termini station and about a 30-minute walk from many tourist attractions in Rome's historic centre.

The location is convenient. The staff was nice and responsive. Everything was clean. However the bad (mattress) was uncomfortable and I needed to find the right position to sleep to be able to get up without any back pain in the morning.

Noting that the hotel was only about 200 yards away from Roma Termini station, the room was very surprisingly extremely quiet

Nice room, comfortable, clean, tastefully decorated - and a good price! I’ve seen others complain about being able to hear other rooms, but we never did in our stay. Conveniently located near Termini station. I know some reviews have been worried about the access code situation, but I found it completely fine. List is small (so beware if you have big luggage or disabilities) but also works fine - just be sure not to open the doors too early or you get stuck and have to go down a floor.

The location of the hotel is so central with lots of shops and cafes nearby. The Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and reasonably priced.
