1) It was not close to the center but it had nearby stations. 5-10 minutes from the termini // 2-4 minutes from the bus stop. 2)Hospitable. 3)They let us in faster. 4) Coffee in the room 4)When we checked out, they offered to store our things until departure time. 5)The room was beautiful, and it had space for clothes. 6)The water was boiling. 7)It had a vine. 8) had calm.

Location was perfect, walking distance to train station, colessium, trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Lots of lovely eating places and shops nearby. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless. The room was quite old fashioned but we liked that about it. Building felt very secure and the rooms had everything we needed

The location was great, very close to main streets and a metro station nearby, and within walking distance of major attractions. The staff was very helpful showing us around the property, gave us maps of the city, helped us bring the luggage upstairs and brought us extra pillows when we asked (the pillows are *very* flat).

Location - Easy walk from Termini and Metro, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room, comfortable, air conditioning, and actual TV that works with over the air channels, Didn't have breakfast but the check in easy as was check out.
