THe room was cleaned every day, so it was really clean. very nice hotel. Even though the hotel is old, it is well-kept.

Room is spacious and equipped with all the required services like shower gel, shower cap, mini-refrigerator. Breakfast has a lot to offer, variety of fruits and bread. The hotel is clean and the staffs are really cordial and helpful. Overall a big hotel.

Super simple breakfast, not so much to choose from. Carpets in the room should be changed out, didnt feel so clean and fresh..

No taxi was being arranged when we couldn't find taxi . Even we were offering to prepay taxi but still they didn't arrange for us. Waiting at campanelle railway station we walked to hotel with our trolleys for 2.5kms in the evening. Terrible experience. And upon checkin when we booked two rooms they said we booked only one room and made the checkin really long .
