Absolutely new bathroom facilities, clean room, complementary water, coffee and tea. Comfortable bed and pretty good noise isolation.

Everything was up to the standards we expected. Fair price, great location. Friendly staff. It's on the 2nd floor but has a lift which is great fun. Good continental breakfast. A big thank you to kind Sabrina 😘 Ah, there is a lovely dog at desk to greet you!! If I can suggest that the breakfast starts at 7:30, would be great to start the day earlier. Also, if guests could have somehow access during late night. Staff shouldn't have to be up or stay awake to buzz guests in. They need their sleep too 😊 All suggestions and not complaints.

Small hotel located 5 minutes on foot from the Termini station (convenient if you are traveling from the airport by train). There is a bus stop in front of the hotel served by several lines. You can walk to some of the main points, but also take bus or metro (also 5 minute walking distance). Rooms are modest, but really clean and have everything you need for a short stay in Rome, including an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea. Bed was comfy. Breakfast had limited, but tasty options. Croissants and cappuccino were superb. The staff was super helpful and kind, especially lady who was handling the check-in process.

We enjoyed our stay at Ascot hotel. Definitely we will go again. Near termini station which was very convenient. Great people working at the hotel, good breakfast.

Perfect hostel! Great location!!!😍 Nice space, polite and attentive staff, nice atmosphere, all areas are separate, that's perfect. The rooms and bathrooms are super clean. I just have to thank you for choosing the right place to stay. I will return! 🥰
