Location is good. All the employees in the hotel are very nice. Water boiler in the room is helpful. The cleaning was very good.

Location of the hotel is fantastic! Close to metro line A (stops Ottaviano and Lepanto) that quickly takes you downtown, it is two-steps away from Vatican and the shopping street Cola di Rienzo, many great restaurants and chill-out places around. Personnel that work in the hotel is very welcoming and professional. Rooftop terrace of the hotel with amazing view (especially during summer time) is fabulous. Also, it is close (5min walking distance) from the shuttle-bus stop that takes you to the airport FCO.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was walking distance to many attractions. Hotel was clean and room size was good. The overall price was really reasonable for a short stay and being so close to attractions. Train station is 10 minute walk and so is the bus shuttle stop to and from the airport.

Location is perfect, super close to the Vatican and not too far from main attractions. Staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. Felt very safe there too as a female on my own!

The hotel location is great.10 minutes to the metro station Lepanto. There are many busses as well, using Google maps was useful for this purpose. The area is very safe and only 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket opposite the hotel. Nice restaurant are 10 minutes away and in 10 minutes you are as well in the Vatican city. Room, housekeeping, reception was very good. The breakfast is really great:pancakes, scrambled eggs, fruits, ham, cheese, cakes. Our stay was very enjoyable, so we will come again when visiting Rome.

Beautiful Palacete-hotel, with all the comfort and excellent breakfast, their kind staff, awlays helpul with respect and amability!!!.Always with the desire to satisfy you about the city, car reservations to the airport!! I stayed in 5 and 4 stars hotels in my whole life but this hotel Arcangelo is one of the best hotels I ever stayed and I sureñy will return to it! I thank all the staff for all! Merci beaucoup! Location is good and staff is friendly. Breakfast is good also.
