It was clean. Great location and the staff were exceptional. I don’t know the name of the lady who checked us in on the 6th Oct (who goes to Knightsbridge, London a Christmas). She was great in explaining where to go etc. We would see Jon in the evenings and he would book our taxis and help us get out and about. Property was in the greatest of locations! 400 metres from Colosseum and 20 min walk to Trevi fountain. Great beds that were relaxing g to sleep on. Amazing!

We had a two bedroom apartment - really spacious and air conditioning! A godsend. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Excellent location with an abundance of superb bars and restaurants- you can see the collaseum as you walk out the door and Monti is a fab district to stay and explore. You can also use the roof top garden - fantastic

Functioning aircondition. Close to Cavour metrostation and 20min walk to Roma termini. Less than 10min walk to Colosseum and Forum Romanum. Other main sights also quite close.

Lovely hotel in the perfect location in Rome. 1 stop from the main termini on the metro. Easy walk to all main attractions. Staff were great and helpful, room large and comfortable. Breakfast great. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to be back in the near future.

The location is amazing, just 5 minutes walk from the Colosseo. Staff so good, especially lady with the dark hair, she was very kind, explained everything, gave us the map with best locations and some advices.

The location is very good, you are in the historic city center. The room itself is quite old and needs some renovation. Personnel are quite helpful.

The breakfast was not so good. Unfortunately the coffee was only luke warm. The location is excellent, the staff very friendly and room service very good.
