Receptionist was very helpful and their 24hour reception desk was useful. Room was small but comfy enough and had a fridge. Location is 15/20 mins walking from the centre but only a few from the train station which worked perfectly for us.

the simpathy of the lady who support all guests in the breakfast always happy and also staff. location is good due to the quantity of restaurants nearby and very closed to termini train metro/train station.

The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I should mention especially JK, an Indian and Bangladeshi staff member, Shakil. The property was clean.

Everything is good. Only the problem is electric sockets for charging phone is o ly 2. And we were 4 people. Staff 5 out of . Location is perfect.

Great location close to main bus station and local amenities. Lots of restaurants in close proximity. Great base from which to explore Rome and all it has to offer.

The hotel is centrally located in the city, 5 minutes walking towards the Rome terminal station. The property was clean and well organized, staff was helpful and fast in check in and out. Plenty of nice cafes and restaurants around. The room was spacious enough for a family.
