I was there just for 1 night, and mostly liked the location of the hotel, it’s near to the main train station, 10 min walkable distance. Mr. JK (Jai Krishna, in the reception) is a very gentle and friendly person and was very - very helpful in terms of information providing and all support required. Our room AC was not working properly and when I complained to JK, he offered to change the room as well. Overall was a good deal.

The room was clean and the bathroom was good. Reception staff were very kind and were able to give me some recommendations on where to eat.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Internet connection was very good, the location was very close to train station and you can walk to the colosseum. The room has an air conditioner, this is important because of the weather.

Great location, everything was a walking distance close, the train station, metro, shops, the city centre. The receptionists were helpful and friendly. The rooms were small but clean and cosy.
