The location of the apartment is amazing! It’s right next to Vatican and it’s a 25min walk to the Rome city center (there’s also a bus stop close by that goes straight to the center!) It is also very close to the Roma S.Pietro train station, so getting from the airport is not an issue. The apartment was clean and the free self service breakfast was very kind of the owner 🥹 The owner was very helpful and gave us many recommendations on Rome and Vatican! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The property was small enough that we felt cared for during our stay. The breakfast was good and self service was handy, meant we could eat according to our schedule for the day. Room was very clean and had everything we needed including plenty of space for luggage and comfortable bed.

The area is very close to the local bus and train station, it is extremely quiet and peaceful at night,anything you might need is very close with the Vatican literally 5-10 minutes walking distance away. The guest house itself is a coupe of floors in an apartment complex, but don't be fazed by this Gianluca and Giancarlo have made it very easy, you simply need a couple of codes and your set the facilities are spotless and with a common room/ kitchen for breakfast tea coffee etc just outside your room you have anything you need which is maintained everyday. The bedrooms are spotless from the minute you enter you can relax knowing you are in good hands and that you have made the right choice with your stay in Rome.
