The room was very spacious and the staff was adorable. Additionally, the location is really great (beside the metro and walkable distance from the Vatican and the Centro Storico). The ratio price/quality is excellent.

Andrea the host was so helpful. Breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Lovely little apartment - very clean and comfortable. Andrea also offered and gave us permission to store our luggage after we checked out which we were most grateful for. The location was excellent too- right beside Ottaviano Metro Station and just around the corner from the Vatican. Coffee shop next door and right beside a lovely shopping district.

The bedroom was nice and big, the beds were good, we stayed 2 nights and that was good enough, the bathroom was ok, had space to put your stuff in, breakfast was nice! Good to start the day. The instructions on how to get there and everything was amazing! Had no issues finding the place and getting into our bedroom and location was great! Walking distance to the Vatican.

So well maintained.Loved the room, great hospitality, felt like home. Andrea is very sweet and good hearted person. Had a lovely stay. Will come back here the next time we visit Rome. Good security system, light, and clean rooms plus breakfast. . Highly recommended.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the location is perfect to walk all the important things in Rome.Theee are several very good restaurants nearby.

The property was very spacious & clean. Only 10 minute walked to The Vatican. The host was very helpful and welcoming. The room was lovely and quiet and the air con worked very well. The breakfast is served as room service and was on time & hot.

Location 2 mins from Metro and Vatican around the corner. Beautiful room, easy check in, comfortable bed, fridge and kettle in room.

Andrea, the host, was a huge help right from the start. The checking in was the easiest that we have ever had. The room was comfortable, with all the necessities provided. The room was spotlessly clean. For breakfast there was a nice choice, and very delicious too. The B&B is literally around the station Ottaviano, with a lot of very good restauranta in the area. Thank you so much Andrea......we will be back !
