A cheap place (by standards of Rome) in a popular Termini district with many such B&Bs. This means proximity to trains, metro, airport buses and Santa Maria Maggiore around the corner. The cleaning lady was busy everyday, and the place was really always clean!

Location is really nice and its near to termini train station where you have all the bus and train connections. Room is clean and they clean the room everyday.

Facilities and rooms were amazing, very clean and great value for money. The breakfast was wonderful aswell. Mario was great and helpful for our check-in.

The location was great. Very close to Termini station. Communication with the owner great. My plane was over 2h late. The owner sent me a picture by picture instructions on where to find a key/ which door etc. There was an air con in the room, which was amazing in August and 37°C. It was clean, we have sweet breakfast each day. I would definitely recommend it

It's close to the train station, quiet, very nice room, there is a lift in the building, good air-conditioning, good Italian breakfast, very nice owner.

Air conditioning in room, quiet, comfy bed and good size pillow, good location, close to bus and train terminal, morning coffee was great, helpful host, good lift which was needed. Good WI-FI, OK breakfast.

I requested an early check-in, and they were very accommodating, which was a nice improvement. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
