We had a fantastic family stay. The apartment was spacious, with three large bedrooms, and offered great value for its central location. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing excellent recommendations for local dining spots. Its proximity to the train station and a short walk to the Colosseum made getting around easy. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful addition of umbrellas came in handy on a rainy day. The high ratings are well deserved, and we would definitely stay here again!

The apartament is located at 10 minutes walking from Termini Station and 15 minutes from Colloseum wich is amazing. It's very spacios and confortable for 3 families(6 persons). The minus is that the location needs some deep cleaning, especially the bathrooms and the toilets seats need to be replaced. The host, Chiara is amazing and so kind. She gave us tips where to eat and what "non turist" places to visit.

huge apartment, light, airy and very clean. The location was fantastic, 10 mins walk from the colosseum, 20 mins walk to the pantheon, 30 mins to the vatican. So many very good breakfast bars and excellent restaurants within 5 mins. And they ordered a taxi for us for our return to the airport.

Great location, just 10min walk from Train Station and Colliseum. Plenty of room for the family, with full fridge freezer and washing machine. Nice and clean, and the welcome from Sandro on arrival was amazing!

The rooms are big and spacious. The location is perfect for the train and bus station and close to the Colloseum. Chiara was there to meet us and very helpful.

Excellent location. Close to Roma Termini and Coliseu. The host was super nice and was there by the time I arrived. The house is huge. 3 Bedrooms, a huge living room, kitchen, and 2 small bathrooms.

Location for us was fantastic, having the colosseum just 10min walk away is great. Molina bakery just down the road is also real good. Beds were super comfy and the property itself is huge, loads of space for large groups. I do think considering size and location it is very good value for money!
