Room, location, breakfast, overall cleanliness, professionalism of the staff. At first glance the hotel is a bit far away from the city center. But in reality you can use public transportation, for example the bus Nr. 170 which takes you from/to Termini and city center. And the area itself is quiet and beautiful. You can also learn a little about the daily life of Italians.

As I already knew Roma, I was aware of the location is not the best for whom wanted to visit Roma center...it's a complicated area to move around by your own

Good location just outside of a neat neighborhood with lots of shops and little restaurants along Via Marconi and its side streets. Easy to get downtown and airport by public transit and taxi. Staff are all great and very accommodating, providing excellent info on touring the City and transit.The bar staff are exceptional.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and sunset at the pool was lovely. Very near to a great rooftop terrace restaurant opposite too. easy to connect to the city by local buses.
