The location was great. Close to the metro and restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was clean and spacious, perfect for me and my family. The owner was very nice and attentive and he made sure our stay was pleasant.

In a quiet location, with very friendly staff speaking good English, close to the "main" road that goes to the centre with several bus stops nearby and on the way. Only a few steps to the place, so we managed to pull the baby stroller up quite easily.

The room was very clean and we were thankful for a single bed each instead of the usual double and single combo that we found in most places. The decor was modest but the beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was cold. The bathroom exceptional with a deep tub and the shower pressure was great! We really want to thank Angela and Simone for such a wonderful stay - they even decorated the doorway for my youngest's birthday as a surprise when we returned from dinner. They went above and beyond with any assistance they could provide. It was about 15 minute bus/train from the main part of Rome, however we still found it easy to trek all over Rome and return each night. This factor also turned out to be a bonus as we explored more local neighbourhoods and found some amazing places to eat and we even had a discount at our local cafe for staying at the guesthouse.

Excellent place. Big and comfy room, very clean. Neighborhood is safe, quiet and beautiful, it has lots of bars and restaurants. Metro station is 5 min by foot, supermarket also. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay at Guest’s Heaven hosted by Simone. The location is perfect, situated in a lovely neighborhood just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Simone was an incredibly kind and helpful host, always available to assist with any questions or recommendations. I highly recommend staying here!
