This place is very peaceful and located in an area where you can go anywhere around without any transport issues. The hosts are super friendly and flexible they allowed me to check in early and check out late because of my flight schedules. They cleaned my room every day, and I had fresh towels and snacks. It is very highly recommended if you are in Rome, I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Rome.

Mr. Luciano and the staff were amazing, always kind and prompt - many thanks! The facility is clean and comfortable, and we appreciated all the small details, from the snacks to the ear plugs (the street can be somewhat noisy, but we managed). The location was also perfect for us since it's under 10 minutes away on foot from the train station and we easily got to the airport after check-out. :)

Close to the train station and transport into the city, very clean, quiet and comfortable. The host was great - very helpful and the snacks in the room were very much appreciated.

The owner, as well as the personnel were extremely kind and available when necessary. We were given many hints for good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, as well as instructions concerning public transportation. Humanly, a very nice experience.

Very friendly staff providing clear and good information. A selection of complimentary snacks in the room, and a shelf of useful tools (iron, luggage scales, corkscrew, etc) were nice touches.

The welcome was really great and I really appreciated their flexibility with my flight snafus. it felt safe, the recommendations were fantastic for food in the area. Loved the snacks and waters.
