A nice, cozy room with everything you need. Very clean. Comfortable bed and a good shower. Kind and responsive hosts. Tea, coffee, cookies, and a microwave — everything is provided. Convenient location — just a five-minute walk to the Trastevere area. All transport lines are nearby, making it 15-25 minutes to reach any district.

The host was very nice and friendly. Antonio took care of everything. Very flexible. We wanted to keep our luggage, they did it and gave us another set of key. Good value for money.

Location was exceptional. Tram and bus right across the street. Hosts do stay in another room across the hallway, were very accommodating.

Convenient location, metro and bus just outside. 30 min walk into Vatican city or old town, nice restaurants nearby, conad shop close by also. Air conditioning was there but we didn't use based on the time of the year we visited (April), shower was nice, comfortable bed

The hotel room was small but had everything basic equipment, including TV. There was electric kettle in the corridor which allows guests to make tea/coffee any time.

The location is excellent - easy walking distance to the Colosseum, public transit right outside the door (buses and trams), lots of lovely cafes and restaurants (the coffee shop directly next to the property was perfect for breakfast). The room was large and comfortable, and the bed was comfy. The host spoke very little English but we were able to communicate effectively with gestures and my spanish words - he was very helpful in terms of directions and showing us how things worked. Water pressure in shower was lovely.
