fab location minutes from the Colosseum central for visiting major tourist attractions. Plenty of food choice for the self service breakfast and loved been able to make our own drinks whenever to enjoy with a piece of one of the yummy cakes left out. Helpful and friendly host.

The owner is very kind. The apartment is clean. Rooms are cleaned daily. The position is the best in Rome. Breakfast is good, not like in Central Europe, but for Italia ok, water and juices can be used. Signing up was no problem. Apartment recommendation.

Maria provided all the information we needed in advance and was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. Her guest house was kept very clean and tidy and is in an excellent location. Maria was very welcoming and helpful, offering excellent advice on what to see and do in Rome. I would highly recommend this property to stay at!

Very good location, clean rooms, good wifi. We appreciated the flexibility of breakfast - you could come whenever you wanted and choose whatever you liked to eat. Maria was very helpful, thanks to her :) Everything was perfect !
