This was the perfect place to stay in rome. Really close to incredible restaurants and the decor and vibes of the space was lovely. The breakfast was incredible and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful - and even left me a thoughtful list of suggestions for off the radar places to visit in the area. I enjoyed the quirks of this property, including my private rooftop terrace where I sipped morning tea.

Location was great - lots of lovely restaurants very close by and easy walk to all the sites. Accommodation was quirky and homely - rustic rather than pristine hotel. Friendly host.

The location of this property is excellent. Marco was not around but George was most helpful. There ARE 3 flights of stairs to climb to get to the guesthouse so big suitcases require your muscles a bit. But the climb is worth it.

We loved a lot about the accommodation, the location was excellent, the welcome too, breakfast was very good and loved staying somewhere a bit different, oh and the balcony was a bonus. Bed super comfy.
