The welcome was great, Ilaria and staff were so helpful on arrival. We were upgraded to a junior suite (special birthday trip) and asked every day how we were, did we did need anything. Exceptional customer service.

The general look and feel of the interior design are simply great, with the perfect blend of modern and classic aesthetics. It really does feel premium in all aspects. The bathroom is very spacious and the walk-in shower is fantastic. However, the excess use of marble may give somebody the feeling of a dark room. Breakfast is great but some more options for vegetarians would be a nice addition. Also, the coffee is, as expected from an Italian restaurant, beyond great. The mini outside lounge is perfect for a morning coffee, right when you are about to start that city break in Rome The view from the balcony is perfect and it offers a spacious area to grab a coffee and enjoy a good book. WiFi connection is strong and reliable offering good speeds all around the facility

Location close to all historical sights. Lovely Spa to relax in after a full day of touring. All staff were exceptional friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend a stay in this lovely hotel.

The position of this hotel is amazing. Right a few minutes walk from the city center. The room was spacious and well equipped and all the staff was absolutely kind and nice.

Nice cosy hotel. Located close to trevi fountain and walking distance to shopping area and the subway. Hotel staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast area is cosy and staff are very helpful. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

The hotel is in a perfect location of the city, central but in a quite place, I've been upgraded to a suit which was great, the room is well equipped and very clean. The staff is very attentive and nice. Overall I really enjoyed staying there
