It was a small but cozy & clean room. There is cleaning service every day. Very close to metro station and about 20’ from piazza Navona on foot. The neighbourhood has markets, bakeries and bars and it was quite at night. The person who we met for the check in was very polite and friendly giving all information we needed. There is a shared kitchen with coffee capsules, fridge etc.

Location is perfect,shops,restaurants,bars,metro station are just around.The host is very communicative and nice,there is coffee maker what was very convinient in the morning,wifi worked well

We weren't familiar with the area when we booked but it's very close to a metro stop (on the same line as Roma Termini) and to plenty of cafes, shops and bars. It's a little bit of a walk (or a short bus journey) to the main attractions except for the Vatican and Castel Sant'Angelo, but we enjoyed strolling into the town centre. We also appreciated the warm welcome and recommendations from our host and being able to leave our bags after we checked out.

Lovely spacious room. Clean and fabulous shower. Linens changed everyday - even Sunday! Staff particularly Martina were lovely and so helpful even when we forgot the Passcode the first night and had no phones working!

Great location, just 5 min walk to Lepanto metro station. Martina was a very helpful hostess, friendly and full of valuable recommendations. 10 mins away on foot (still in GRACCHI street) is a great vegan fast food joint (Flower Burger), very convenient. Our room (#1) was nicely appointed and relatively quiet at night. Great value for money.

Excellent location and staff! We had three lovely days at Gracchi 278. The staff was so lovely and helpful, especially in communicating with us at late hours in the evening for our self-check-in (our flight was delayed by almost 3 hours!). The location is excellent, very safe and within walking distance from the major tourist attractions, metro station and bus stops. There are also many lovely restaurants and cafes around. The room is well-equipped with AC, comfortable bed and pillows, good shower and clean bathroom and you can use the communal space to store things in the fridge.

Location was great for getting about the city. Lots of places to eat on the doorstep. Martina who checked us in was great, spoke good english and gave us lots of information on getting around the city and places of interest.
