You have everything you need and could ask for there. Truthfully, hotels can not compete with this apartment. It is comfy, artistic, has the best of everything, along with privacy. For us book lovers, you will love the books that have been displayed so artistically. The Hosts are the most accommodating, friendly, resourceful, and all about the guests. Really a fantastic stay !

The proximity to local shops and restaurants was excellent. The host Guglielmo was prompt, friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice relaxing spot for friends and family while visiting the Center of Rome

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable big apartment with two bathrooms in the perfect location 100meters from piazza di Spagna. I will visit it again. Christian help me a lot

Accessible to any place I wanted to go like restaurants, shops, metro, taxi, and just 3 minutes walk to the Spanish Steps. We had a great time in the apartment

Lovely rooms. The free mini bar was a very good surprise, and so were the snacks. Communication whit the host was great and I would very much like to return someday.

Loved meandering through the narrow streets and discovering new things! Loved the convenience of the small market around the corner! Guglielmo was always available to answer our questions when we were initially setting up our arrangements!

The location of the apartment is perfect. The apartment is otherwise comfortable. Has good air-conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen except a microwave.

The location is exceptional. A few mins walk from the Spanish steps and so many amazing restaurants. Literally everything you could need on your doorstep. The air conditioning was lovely and needed in the heat and there is plenty of space.

manager Chris explained everything, sent a video instruction for independent check-in, thanks to him. the apartment is big, comfortable, beautiful, clean. located 3-5 minutes from the Spanish square. bed linen was clean. the kitchen had everything you need. I recommend!!!
