Great Stay with a Fantastic Host! Paolo is an amazing host—helpful and always available when needed. - The apartment provides everything you need: towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and shower gel. There's also water, tea, and coffee available, which is a nice touch. - The beds are slightly on the firmer side, but if you're just sleeping there and spending most of your time exploring, it's totally fine (plus, the pillow is really comfy!). - The location is great—about 20 minutes to the Colosseum and just 5 minutes from a lovely park.

Location was great! A short walk from the tram, bus, and metro stop. In our case, we were able to check in early and given very clear instructions on how to enter the property and where our room was. We were also given slippers for the stay which was a nice touch. The room was very much like the pictures and the beds were very comfy. Paolo was very helpful and very kind! There were also a lot of tea options and a water cooler with hot and cold water! Overall a good place to stay for a short trip to Rome!

It was vey well located with a 15-minute walk from the Termini train station. The price was really good compared to most of the other places nearby. I asked in advance to have a room in a floor with the least stairs to climb for my mom. Paolo gave us one on the fist floor.

It is an apartment about 2 km from Rome Termini and the Vitorio Emanuelle metro entrance. Spacious room with a large bathroom with good lighting, decorated and quiet. To enter the establishment you must have a code and keys to the room. In the corner of the building on the Avenue there is a place to leave called CIEMET CAFFE, good price and quality.
