The bed was large and comfy. The location was good - 10/15 min walk to the colosseum and trevi fountain. Staff were friendly and helpful during check in and check out.

Location is great in terms of key sites/ monuments. Bus directly to Vatican City at the end of the street. Had a bit of trouble finding / entering the hotel initially as it’s within a block of other accommodation (not what we were expecting) and signage could be better from the outside. Quiet and clean room, with everything you need for a short break to Rome.

Location was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite (which was amazing) - lots of light and space. Great overall vibe and super stylish.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We got a free upgrade and our room was very spacious and beautiful. Clean. Very good location close to all the main attractions in Rome. If you like walking you can even walk to the Vatican in 50 min.

The hotel is beautiful, right in the middle of the city and the staff was absolutely incredible and helpful, special thanks to the gentleman of the breakfast shift. Breakfast was great as well. The fact that there’s an elevator is highly appreciated when you have suitcases :)

A very elegant hotel with spacious, and clean room, conveniently located within walking distance of various attractions. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the amenities are well-maintained.
