Very central location, 5min walking distance to Trevi Fountain and 7min to span. Steps. We have been in a separate part of the hotel (entering via a neighbouring building but floor above the hotel); Room recently refurbished, but with slight smell from sinks in the bath.

We had a room on ground level - it was quite spacious, clean and modern. Receptionists have been helpful with all our requests. The location is outstanding - as it is allows to walk everywhere in the city within reasonable distance.

The best thing in this property was its' central location, close to Fontana di Trevi and many other interesting places in Rome. There were many nice restaurants and bars just on the corner. Downstairs there was also a restaurant where we had dinner the first evening and the service was really good (food not that special).

Location is fantastic. Close to most attractions. Walking distance to the Vatican if you are up for it. About 45 minutes. And lots to see along the way.

The boutique style hotel and the room we chose spacious. The location and staff were lovely too. We liked the older style building versus the new style of today. Accessible to great landmarks cafes and restaurants.
