“Great stay in clean and warm room”

We were really satisfied with Gioia B&B! The room was warm and clean, the bed comfortable. The staff is very kind! We had a late arrival (almost at midnight) and that wasn't a problem. Also we could store bags in the office on the last day. It's convenient that the guests can use the microwave, the kettle and dishes from the small kitchen. Breakfast is served in a nice closed terrace in the garden. Great location - you can go everywhere on foot or from Manzoni station. We would come again and we highly recommended this place!

Perfect location, metro behind the corner, shops and restaurants nearby, 20 min walking distance to the Colosseum. Absolutely fantastic people, very helpful and nice. The room was cleaned every day + every day fresh towels. Very good price.
