Great location, close to good restaurants and several touristic spots. Stefano, the owner was really helpful, easy check out and check in procedure. We also used the shuttle service which was arranged by him, pick up at the airport reserved and smoothly arrived to the apartment.

The location is really great - very central, close to Termini, the area felt safe during the night as well. Super service minded and responsive host.

Nice location, close to centre but still far enough away for reasonable prices in super markets etc. clean, light and a mini fridge so we could always have cold water!

Great flat, great communication spot for seeing Rome, huuuuge plus for host for allowing us checking-in couple hours earlier so we could match it with our flight :)

Very centrally located. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions. Transport hub around the corner. Great local eateries. Stefano was very helpful with guidance and maps.

I was very pleased with my stay at Francy guest house. I selected this location because it was close to the Termini, which was convenient for travel throughout Italy. It is a little bit out of the central area, but I was planning to take Lime scooters around for sight seeing, so it was not an issue for me, but expect to do a lot of walking if you don't feel comfortable with the scooters.

Accommodation was located in a quiet street. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and attentive There is an elevator within the building for easy access to level 1.
