Francesco is the best host ever!! Francesco is warm, intelligent, friendly, helpful, empathic, understanding, kind, patient, lovely, considerate, went OUT OF HIS WAY to help us find the place and he went out of his way to help make our stay the best it could be. He gave us hints and pro tips for staying in Rome and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Francesco as a host. He was quick to respond, attentive, responsive, excellent communicator. The room was light, airy, the whole place was clean. I can't speak highly enough of the host and his family!

Francesco is super friendly, giving advices for places to visit, and also in the apartment he is helpful and open for chatting. The place was clean and with a good location, it has a shared kitchen and living room to use. Plus the great rooftop terrace and a huge tv to watch the euro games on, so I recommend his place!

Location 10 minutes walk from Roma Termini station, so easy access to public transport. Also a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum (and Basilica Di San Clemente - worth checking out!), and 2 min from amazing cheap Gelato at Gelateria Fasso. The area itself is international with an Asian market nearby. Francesco was really friendly and helpful, we enjoyed being able to use the roof terrace too. There's a lift up to the 5th floor so easy to get in and out with bags. Bed was comfy, if a little squeaky (that's probably our only small complaint). Room was a good size with high ceiling, good quiet air con, and decent shower. Fan (linked to light) in bathroom is loud but there's another light by the mirror that doesn't turn the fan on (which we realised after the first night). Thanks for a good stay!
