The location is excellent. The staff are helpful and polite. BE CAREFUL, they try to sell you scheduled trips which are money wasted, (unless you are in wheelchair). Take the public bus/train/tram!!!!! Walk down hill to main street under bridge walk right along main street to Busstop, just behind the Busstop sign there is a Tabacco shop with yellow writing TABACCO, look up above canopy for Tabacco, buy your bus tickets there for €1,50 each way per person to use on bus/train, they, they are valid for 90-100 minutes AFTER you validate them in bus or train. If you don't validate them, they are good as gold. IMPORTANT (take bus 916 to Piazza Venezia) there is every important landmark right before your eyes. DONT DO TAXIS, HOP ON OFF or GUIDED YOURS, experience Rome bus and foot at your own pace. Most tickets are cheaper online and you skip crowds. Papa Rex Italian restaurant just a very short walk is fabulous. If traveling with a pet, be aware they are not allowed in historic sites. Be aware you are not allowed to sit on monument steps or rails. ROME IS EXTREMELY SAFE

The stunning rooftop breakfast room with its panoramic views of St Peter Basilica and Rome hills and skyline. Also the peaceful neighbourhood where the hotel was situated

Spacious room for four people. Location near Vatican was good. Quiet area, public transport and restaurants nearby. Good breakfast. Friendly staff was ready to help with transfers, recommending restaurants etc.

Very close to the Vatican and also a comfortable walk into the main city. Very nice small hotel, with great staff and very nice food. Lovely roof terrace for breakfast. Nice bar and restaurant for evening meal.

The location is great, near St Peters square, the Vatican, metro and bus stations, a supermarket, and nice restaurants. Though my room was small (I was in a single room) I had everything that I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel staff were lovely, giving recommendations of what to eat, where to get things like a SIM card, and calling taxis for me each time I needed one. There were enough options for breakfast. It was also clean and quiet.

The location of the hotel was perfect away from the Busy centre of Rome but well within walking distance, close by the Vatican City which was beautiful to walk past daily on our stay. The hotel staff were very accommodating especially at breakfast as we had a nut allergy they went through what to avoid in case of contamination. The reception staff were great, helpful with directions and suggestions, and made my first trip to Italy very pleasant. I would stay again if I returned to Rome.
