Location is superb and the room nice. Definately would stay here next time. Vatican is two houses by, the central district of Rome at a beautifull walking distance. House itself is on a pedestrian street full of small shops, so quiet aswell.

Great stay in Roma, apartment was superb in a charming building, very clean and tidy, perfect location, everything you need, host was very helpful and gave us lots of tips on where to eat and drink and helpful travel advice for getting around the city.

The room is located close to Vatican City and it is very well connected to public transports, we could reach from there many of the main Rome neighbours and touristic spots. Our host, Chiara was very helpfull upon our arrival and available whenever we need.

This accommodation was perfect. The building is historic and an authentic experience in Rome. Prati was very safe and quiet after dark. There is an elevator that quickly takes you up to the B&B. When I arrived, I was greeted by the owner Chiara who was happy to let me store my bags ahead of check-in. She provided an amazing overview of Rome, recommended restaurants, locations of interest, and transportation options. The room was cleaned daily and restored to it's status at check-in. Breakfast was robust by Italian standards, with yogurt, cereals, pastries, and coffee available. The room was large and the bathroom was very clean. I highly recommend staying at Folia and will book here again in the future!
