The host Marco is outstanding. Very proactive, communicated via whatsapp even before arrival, giving directions to his B&B. Even waited for us on the street outside his property. Room is big enough, very clean Adequate toiletries

Its in the center and near the trains station. They provide water, coffee, tea and towel every single day. Marco is very helpful, when I forgot to pay the tourist tax in cash, he let me pay it via Paypal instead.

The location is excellent, around 3 mins walk from the Roma Termini Station and surrounded by lots of restaurants and stores.

Perfect location right next to termini so you could get the underground or bus anywhere. Nice room with all the facilities we needed and the hosts were so kind, giving us all the information and tips we needed and let us store our bags after check out. Thank you ☺️

We stayed 3 nights and it was a great base to explore Rome. It was very near the train station. The host was very helpful and responsive to messages giving clear instructions of how to gain access to our room. It had all the things we hoped for without having to ask for them such as WiFi details, extra pillows and a map of Rome. The tea and coffee facilities were an added bonus and very much appreciated.

It’s near the train station. So convenient to get around. The room is clean and comfortable. Marco goes out of his way to ensure that you feel at home. Definitely value for money.
