Please note that extra beds are only available for Superior Bungalow (2 adults) and for Two-Bedroom bungalows. The restaurant is closed for lunch from Monday until Friday.The poolside bar and restaurant is open from Easter until 15 September.Pets are only allowed in certain units. Please contact the property for further details.One free parking space per bungalow is included.Parking is free only for a car or a motorcycle (only one of these motor vehicles per room booked): any type of van or minibus or a second motor vehicle of the above categories will have paid parking. You can enter the village with motor vehicles from 06:30 am to 01:00 am. At times other than these, access is allowed only on foot and cars will be parked in a dedicated area far from the accommodation.Please note that the property is accessed via 2/3 steps.In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.

Very good overall experience. Would have been better if there were a kettle, toaster and possibly a microwave in the kitchenette. Beds was ok could have been a little more comfy. Very clean and tidy park with friendly helpful staff. Perfect location. Very nice stay for myself and family and will be returning.

The room was private and the shower was perfect, the room was cold but had a heater. If you have a car and are willing to sacrifice luxury’s for a short stay maybe it could be worth the price.

Perfect location for us. We hired a car to travel to Italy, but decided that staying on the outskirts of cities and using public transport for inner city links was best. This site provided a pleasant, quiet visit with easy travel to the centre of Rome. After a very hot day spent sightseeing, the pool, bar, and restaurant were an ideal way to spend our evening. This is a campsite - so do not expect hotel level of service. We enjoy self catering and this was not an issue for us. Pool area was very clean and not too busy, even on a very hot day. Restaurant service was quick with tasty Italian food. Would happily return.

It absolutely met our expectations. The whole village was really well maintained and organised. The bungalow were spotless clean and comfortable!
