We had an extraordinary stay at this accommodation in Rome! The location is absolutely perfect – situated right in Piazza di Spagna, just a 10-20 minute walk from the main tourist attractions. Additionally, the accommodation is near the street filled with brand-name stores, making it ideal for shopping enthusiasts. Restaurants are everywhere, with slightly higher prices, but it’s the center of Rome after all. We had an incredible gelato right across the street. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious enough, and tastefully decorated, offering an elegant yet comfortable atmosphere. The manager was extremely friendly and attentive, even allowing us a late check-out at no extra cost. They changed all the towels daily. We were 2 adults and 2 children and found 12 towels in the room. Despite the building being a historic monument, the bathroom was very spacious. There was just the right amount of heat, AC available, and complimentary coffee and tea. Even though the minibar water had a price tag, we were told we could consume it free of charge. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing experience in the heart of Rome. We will definitely return!

Spacious suite located in the heart of Rome. Clean and well equipped room. Located right by the Spanish steps but surprisingly quiet for the hustle and bustle at the steps (good windows providing insulation from noise). The staff were very helpful and responsive during our whole stay.

Location next to Spanish steps and shopping streets is very convenient. Comfy beds. Very private but at the same time, it was easy to communicate with the suite manager (Fabio) via WhatsApp for any topics and questions.

Loved our stay here. Highly recommend. Amazing location, building has a lift, very spacious room, with a good bathroom. Comfy bed. Nice hosts and staff who helped us with our luggage. Although they are not on-site all the time, they stay in close contact on Whatsapp to make sure you have what you need. Excellent daily cleaning service. Great facilities include fridge, kettle and coffee machine.

The location is superb. Room facilities are also excellent. All of our requests were accommodated by the hosts including the airport shuttle service at 3 am in the morning.

Everything ,plenty of space , very nice apartment , amazing location right next to Spanish Steps , opening window with views to Via Spagna mussel and bussel but quiet with window closed , the best crossiant and coffee straight outside , walking distance to everything and airport transfer from airport ….
