I recently stayed here, and while finding the check-in desk was a bit tricky at first. Once we found the check-in desk, the staff was friendly and efficient, quickly getting me settled into our room. They were very helpful and even provided tips on navigating the hotel’s layout and even providing tips on the best places to eat.

We were impressed the minute we walked into our room. Great air-con, bright spacious room huge comfy bed, and we had a big balcony area that over looked a main shopping street. The Staff here are fantastic. The concierge were able to help with anything we asked, and also full of knowledge about their city, the cleaning crew were very thorough (the place was SPOTLESS) and nice enough to bring our stuff in from the balcony when it rained while we were out sightseeing, and the lovely guy downstairs who went out into the heavy rain to get us a taxi. But the location was the cherry on top. Great shops, bars and restaurants are located all along the street outside, yet not noisy at all, except for a few sirens every now and then. (we were on the 6th floor)

I loved the property for its prime location, the cozy balcony, the convenience of having a coffee machine, and the incredibly comfortable pillows that made my stay even more enjoyable.
